We are a family owned and operated company located in Dilworth, MN.
Serenity is seeking a qualified individual to add to the team! Looking for fun-loving caregivers! Job tasks include med administration, bathing, dressing, grooming, minor food preparation, and helping with activities and games.
CNA license NOT required.
Training will be provided for medication administration and other necessary means.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
CNA License is preferred for Memory Care but not required Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public Must practice and promote Serenity's Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement and Core Values Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
